Short Introduction

Dr. Quazi Mostaque Mahmud was born in 1973 at Rajbari, Bangladesh. He passed SSC from Ratandia Rojani Kanto High School and HSC from Pangsha College in 1988 and 1990 respectively. He got his BSc (Agriculture) degree from Bangladesh Agricultural University in 1994 (held in 1998) and MS (Agronomy) from Bangladesh Agricultural University in 2000. He also completed his PhD degree from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University in 2021. Now he is serving as Head (Acting) and Assistant Professor in the department of Agriculture, City University. Before joining in that department he was working as a Lecturer at Pandit Kazi Abul Hossain College, Pangsha, Rajbari.

Research Interest

Dr.  Quazi  Mostaque  Mahmud’s  research  is  focused  on  isolate  and  identify  plant  pathogenic  fungus,  bacteria,  virus  and  nematodes  through  systemic  plant  pathological  approach.
