Short Introduction

This is Shipon Tarafdar, he is currently working as Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), City University. Before joining into the city University, He worked as a Teaching Assistant (TA) in Computer Networking and Security system at IIT, Jahangirnagar University and also a former faculty member of Computer Science and Engineering in Manarat International University (MIU). He has a professional teaching experience in different renowned academic institutions. He achieved an NST Fellowship and University Govt Scholarship under Ministry of Science and Technology. He also received departmental scholarships for academic distinction in each semester. He is a Silver Medalist of DC Award, Jamalpur District Primary School Education Award. His Hometown is Jamalpur. He completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Bogarpar High School, Sarishabari, Jamalpur and Bir Shrestha Munshi Abdur Rouf Public College, BGB HQ, Dhaka-1205 respectively. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology (IT), from Institute of Information Technology (IIT), Jahangirnagar University. He achieved an excellent academic result where his graduation CGPA is 3.75 out of 4.00. He also fulfilled his Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology (IT), from Institute of Information Technology (IIT), Jahangirnagar University and this time his post-graduation CGPA is 3.65 out of 4.00. His research domains are focusing on Computer Networking & Security system, Data Structure and Algorithmic Analysis, Cloud and fog Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning, Data Mining and Big Data Analysis, Cyber Security and Cryptography system in Computer and IT areas.
