Short Introduction

Tabassum Akter completed her Masters of Business Studies (MBS) from Eden College under National University in the year of 2007 and her major concentration was Accounting & Information System. She also achieved her Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from the same institution in the year of 2006 where her concentration of degree was Accounting & Information System. Before joining as a faculty at the City University in 2023, she held a faculty position for 10 years and served as a member secretary of the academic committee and BBA examination committee under the Department of Business Administration at Prime University, Mazar Road, Dhaka. Her passion for research and scholarly pursuits is evident in her extensive engagement with various ongoing works for journals. She has also demonstrated her dedication to intellectual growth by actively participating in conferences and trainings. She has published three (03) research papers to her credit, one as a sole author, one as a key author, one as a coauthor in reputed business journals. Her research combines both Qualitative and Quantitative methods. With an enthusiastic pledge to excellence, Tabassum Akter currently holds the esteemed position of Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at City University, Bangladesh.
