Rubia Yasmin is a dedicated Lecturer of Statistics in the General Education Department at City University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She completed her B.Sc. (Honours) in Statistics in 2019 (examination held in 2021) and her M.Sc. in Statistics in 2021 (examination held in 2023) from Pabna University of Science and Technology. With a strong academic background and a passion for research, her areas of expertise include Machine Learning, Transfer Learning, Image Analysis, and Data Science. Skilled in tools like Python, R, SPSS, C++, and Microsoft Office. Rubia is not only proficient in data analysis but also deeply passionate about teaching and guiding students in their academic journeys. She is particularly interested in applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems, especially in the field of public health. In recognition of her exceptional research potential, Rubia is a proud holder of the NST Fellowship for Research, awarded by the Ministry of National Science and Technology, Bangladesh.
